This extra effort goes a long way toward creating happy customers and greatly reduces the risk of an undesirable purchase leading to the need for a product return.

Defective Product - The design and performance of the products we promote and sell are quite good including the manufacturing materials and processes with their quality controls. It is extremely rare for a customer to receive a defective product. Except where listed, all products that we sell on our website are new and in their original boxes or packaging from the manufacturer. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, call us at 800-748-2678 as soon as possible to arrange to have the situation corrected.

Returns & Exchanges - To return an item, you must first contact us by e-mail or telephone. Return each item in its original box and with all original packing materials. A full credit will be given for returned products that are unused and undamaged. It may take up to two billing periods for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. In most cases, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, and if an exchange is arranged, the cost of re-shipping the new product(s). Normally, no returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days. 

We reserve the right to charge restocking fees on products that are returned in less-than-new condition.  The amount of the restocking fee will be based on the degree of damage to the product.  Products which are modified in any way such as drilling, cutting, mounting extra parts or removing standard parts are not refundable.

We reserve the right to discontinue filling orders for people or organizations who abuse our return policy.
