Same Day Shipment - Onlineheaters ships orders to qualified customers within 12 hours and most orders will be shipped the same day they are received.

Packaging and Shipping – Where implied, we offer free packaging and shipping within the continental United States. Most orders are shipped via UPS when possible for speed and convenience. There are exceptions, large quantity orders may be shipped with a trucking company.  We will provide you with copies of the bill of lading and phone numbers to the trucking company so delivery arrangements can be made. Expedited shipping is not available on all products. For expedited shipments and shipments to Alaska or Hawaii  we will supply you with a packaging and shipping quote after we have your mailing information or, if you wish, you may call us for a quote. This charge will be determined according to what UPS zone your address falls within.

Shipping Damage - UPS is quite good in their handling of boxes we ship. If you receive a box with obvious shipping damage like crushing or poked holes, you can refuse its delivery. It is often better to open the box to check for product damage. Anytime you receive a damaged product, call us at 800-748-2678 as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to correct the situation in a timely manner.

Minimum Order - We do not have a minimum order requirement at this time. This enables our customers to take advantage of any closeouts that we may have.

Sales Tax - We are required to collect state sales tax on shipments to Colorado (2.9%).
